I’m Marc Winn, a way-finder, coffee shaman, mentor and adviser. I help people, organisations and communities find their ikigai (Japanese for “reason for being”) and make their dreams come true.
I live in Guernsey, a small island nation which to me at least is the best place to live on earth. I’m also the co-founder of the Dandelion Foundation, which uses small islands as testbeds for solving global challenges.
I love connecting with people over a cup of coffee (or 50) and sharing stories of purpose and potential. I have written a book called The 50 Coffee Adventure, which is a fun, light and easy way to build connections.
I speak and advise on the subject of unlocking island potential and community innovation. If you want to learn more about how your island, community or organisation can develop the culture of innovation necessary to solve its toughest challenges then please get in touch to discuss how I can be of service.
I’ve also worked with hundreds of individuals from all walks of life to help them get unblocked and live a life of purpose and ease. I’m a playful cross between a wayfinder and a shaman. I have a vast array of experiences and network to call upon but also the capacity to hold space for you to solve your own challenges in your own way.
Most people feel called or drawn to work with me in some way. If you get that deep sense that you need my frame of view in your life then I am happy to talk. Much of what I do is get people to trust that inner wisdom that they have inside. The first step can often be in trusting the call to reach out and work with me.
If you’re looking for a way-finder, a mentor, or a friend, feel free to reach out to me. Let’s brew some magic together! ☕️
