Marc Winn helps founders, CEOs and leadership teams see what is really going on beneath the surface of their organisation, recover what is most alive, and reshape it for the age of rapid change. In 2014 he originated the Ikigai Venn diagram by joining the word ikigai to Andrés Zuzunaga’s existing purpose Venn diagram.
